"I found the stereoizer program to be a very nice addition to me mastering/final mix plugins. I am sure I can find other uses on software synths and other stereo channels and submixes. You guys did a great job."
Earl Bennett
Sanctuary Sound Studio, FL
"This is a series that all works together to add a bit of wideness and depth to your production.
A lot of demo's I get have a huge lack of detail regarding stereophony and spatialization. NuGen does a great job with releasing a bunch of plugz that does a simple but yet effective job with enjoyable results."
Pheek Electronic Conceptual Projects
"this plug-in kicks ass!"
Nir Averbuch, Musikhead Productions
"The stereoizer is a must- have for every dance producer who wants to put their mix into "widening heaven". Also massive for single sounds, to give every poor sample a high-end touch"
Ernesto vs Bastian
"I really like this one."
Stephen Boullion

Nautural
Psychoacoustic Enhancement
|
Stereoizer
uses several psychoacousic processes to naturally expand and
extrapolate the stereo information inherent in an audio recording.
These processes work in in harmony with the way the ear localises
sound, resulting in a smooth extension of the original audio spectrum
and an extremely natural sounding introduction of width into mono
source material.
The ear perceives location using two main
processes, the IID (Inter-aural Intensity Difference) and the ITD
(Inter-aural Time Difference). Both these processes are made available
as independent algorithms within Stereoizer, allowing for fine detail
adjustments to be made to suit the source audio precisely.
 |
Differing path lengths from source to each ear give rise to IID
& ITD localisation cues |
The
Linear Width algorithm analyses the incoming audio for it's natural IID
and ITD properties and then allows these to be expanded beyond the
original, giving a feeling of greater depth and space, or reduced to
gently restrict the stereo width. This process leaves the incoming
audio
character intact and is ideal for expansion or reduction of an
otherwise acceptable stereo image.
The dedicated IID and ITD
algorithms allow for additional manipulation and the introduction of
stereo width and depth into the source material. Again these processes
rely upon the incoming audio to generate the stereo space, giving a
natural stereo expansion that does not introduce any artificial
reverberation into the signal.
As the resulting Stereo
enhancement does not rely upon the introduction of any artificial
reverberation into the signal, the character of the original audio
remains intact. Stereoizer simply does the job, with no unwanted
artifacts. This makes Stereoizer the natural choice at all stages of
the recording process.

| Intuitive, rapid control |
Stereoizer
features a uniquely intuitive interface, seamlessly blending user
control with real time audio analysis. The controls are mapped directly
onto the stereo panorama, representing an immediate correlation between
available parameters, visual feedback and the listening experience.
This not only makes Stereoizer simple and efficient, it allows the user
to remain focussed on the audio experience, without needing to switch
into 'thinking mode' to make the necessary adjustments.
